» Non-destructive inspection and building behavior in exploiting:

    Ultrasonic pulse test method for determining the elastic-dynamic properties of concrete, defects in components or structures , the concrete compressive strength into the work, the homogeneity of concrete into the work , the concrete structure changes under aggressive physical or chemical agents, or under mechanical stress;
    Estimated determination (information relates mainly to the quality of concrete in the first 2-3 cm from surface) of the concrete resistance by surface hardness of the work method with Schmidt concrete test hammer;
    Concrete test by non-destructive combined method for determining the concrete resistance in structures and building elements, determination of the concrete homogeneity as well as the area where improper concrete was cast in construction elements;

    Determination of concrete and masonry characteristics by tests on core
    The method is recommended when test results are below the provided norms, when there are doubts about the quality of concrete work, for buildings subjected to physical or chemical actions that lead to degradation of concrete, to increase the accuracy of destructive tests for determination of concrete strength in the work.

PROFILE 4: Quality asphalt mixtures, materials and road works tests

» Testing materials for roads: softening point, a.c. penetration of bitumen, thin film stability, adhesion bitumen emulsions towards natural aggregates, moisture, granularity, hydrophilic coefficient, apparent density .

» Testing for natural aggregates for railway works and roads: Content of fractions less than 0.1 mm, fractions containing less than0.2 mm, sand equivalent ,activity coefficient of crushed sand, break ink resistance / wear .

» Testing for profile road: aggregate tests : the content of foreign objects and organic materials ,content of spoiled grain, soft, friable, porous and vacuolar; tests on asphalt mixtures taken from the station or from the placement, as well as by extracting cores from the work: water content, apparent density of asphalt mixtures, water absorption of the asphalt mixtures, the stability and creep of the asphalt mixtures, the composition of asphalt mixtures by centrifugal method and the method with Soxhlet apparatus , volume of goals, compressive strength, etc..
